How to book your Dream Vacation
Congratulations! You are just a few steps away from your enchanted Florida Vacation - your Villa is waiting for you, the pool is clean and ready... So here is how to book:

Select one or more Vacation Villas that fit your needs best in regards to size, location and price.

Send us a quick email inquiry with your travel dates, the names of your preferred Vacation Villas, the number of Guests in you party, if you like to bring any pets and your contact information

We will get back to you very shortly, informing you if your first choice Villa is available, and if not, if your other choices are available. We also may be able to make suggestions for Vacation Villas that are close to what you are looking for, and that are available!

Once you have found that perfect Vacation Villa, secure it by completing, signing and faxing back the Vacation Rental Agreement. You DO NOT need to make an immediate deposit. Basic credit card information will secure your booking, but your card will not be charged. After your arrival, when we do the check-in or when you meet with us at our office you would need to decide on a form of payment . You will need to agree to our cancellation policy. We will then send you a booking confirmation, directions to the Vacation Villa and information on check-in and payment procedures.

Forms of payment: Preferred payments are CASH, traveler's checks, certified check, personal check (please send your check at least 10 business days before your arrival), money order, debit card (please have your PIN with you). Security Deposits requirements usually are met in form of a credit card authorization and/or endorsed credit card slip. Alternatively, a refundable $500 cash deposit can be arranged.
In many cases we also do accept credit cards, please inquire at the time of booking if payment by credit card is possible for your Vacation Villa!

If you, at any time, have questions, do not know where a good restaurant is, where to go for an air boat ride in the everglades, what to see at Disney or other parks, where to rent a car or boat, have comments or concerns, we please urge you not to hesitate to just ask us! Please call, write an email or fax anytime - we will answer all your questions to the best of our knowledge, and more than that, we are happy to do so! We love it here, and we would like to set the stage for a perfect vacation for you. Come as a Guest - Leave as a Friend is our motto, so please just take us by our word!
